About UsVeiraMal Consulting was founded in 2018 with the sole intention of breaking free from the clutches of corporate bureaucracy. After working with several multi-national brands for over 15 years, Natasha set out to establish her very own specialised consulting firm where she aimed to provide tailored HR services to medium and large-scale businesses. With a humble beginning of only 2 employees, VeiraMal now employs 8 personnel who are working simultaneously with different clients across an array of projects ranging from human resources, payroll, marketing and project management.
Internally, VeiraMal is very keen on upskilling and training its employees to prepare them for the future. VeiraMal encourages a free spirit culture at work, which allows employees to explore a task or project as per their individual style. This helps empower employees and raise a certain level of confidence by providing them with a positive workplace culture to further honer their skills. We understand that our most important resources are our employees and therefore, that is where our primary investment lies. |

As VeiraMal Consulting’s Founder and Managing Director, Natasha takes an innovative and fresh approach to business ensuring VeiraMal Consulting is always current, relevant, and leading the way in the people and culture landscape. Natasha began her career working for UGL Limited followed by Mondelez International. Building on those foundations, Tash then worked across multiple industries both nationally and globally. After completing her Masters in HR Management from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Tash launched VeiraMal Consulting in 2018. Her dream now is to continue to grow VeiraMal Consulting, firmly establishing it as the ‘go to’ brand. Tash also actively looks for opportunities to up-skill the team. In her spare time, she loves to travel the globe with her go to destination always leading back home to Dubai where she was born and raised before moving to Australia. |

Having worked in Digital Marketing for over 6 years, Sanjana has gained knowledge and experience across various industries. Sanj is an innovative digital marketer with a strong background in marketing and is driven by the desire to assist brands in persistently achieving greater results. Her core competencies lie in digital content creation, website creation and development, Search Engine Optimisation, marketing performance analytics and social media marketing.

Having recently graduated from Deakin University with a Master of Business Analytics, Saurav has assisted a whole range of our clients getting their analytics up and running. He excels in predictive analytics and has also stepped into HR Management where he has assisted the team with process mapping, creating standard operating procedures, recruitment activities and automating processes where possible.
In his free time he likes playing basketball with his mates. |
Vi is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management at Swinburne University of Technology. Having previous internship experience at top leading companies in her home country Vietnam, Vi is self-driven, dedicated and always eager to learn. She has conducted extensive research to create the Human Resources Packs that are currently available on the VeiraMal's website.
